Turn off all lights, water, and appliances.

Ensure all interior doors are left open.

Ensure all exterior doors and windows are securely locked.

Return physical keys to the lockbox, if used, and ensure lockbox is securely latched and locked.

Please load and run the dishwasher before you leave.

If not everything will fit, feel free to rinse the remaining few items and leave them in the sink. We’ll take care of them.

Any trash left in the home must fit inside the bins with the lids closed.

If you have extra trash, please take it to the designated outdoor bin.

Avoid piling trash on top of, next to, or around the trash bins, or leaving it on counters and tables.

Please return any used appliances or furniture to its original location.

This includes the folding desk, iron, ironing board, and air mattress (all located in the middle bedroom closet).

The air mattress must be deflated, folded, and returned to its storage bag.

Any food items must be removed from the fridge or freezer, but feel free to leave condiments for the next guest.

You may leave dirty towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.

Beds can be left unmade with no need to strip them.

If portable air conditioners are provided during your stay (May-September), ensure they are turned on and set to 70 degrees before you leave.
