Welcome to your home away from home!

• Take a moment to enjoy our custom photo wall - it’s the perfect backdrop for capturing memories. There’s even a remote to adjust the lighting for that perfect shot.

• We’ve also provided a tripod with a ring light and a phone mount to help you snap the best shot during your stay, with everyone able to be included!

• The entryway features a guestbook and lamp. We’d love if you signed the guestbook - it’s always great getting to know our guests through their notes.

Unwind in comfort and style:

• Our couch features reclining seats (just press the buttons on the sides), and you’ll find USB ports as well for charging your devices.

• The TV will greet you with a welcome screen where you select your check-out date for automatic sign out and can use your own streaming services, or if you prefer, you can log out manually before checking out.

• There’s a wireless soundbar that automatically connects to the TV and can also be used as a bluetooth speaker. Feel free to stream your favorite tunes!

• The entertainment center also holds several games for you to enjoy during your downtime.

Your culinary playground:

• Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! From cups and wine glasses to mixing bowls and tupperware, it’s all ready for your use.

• You’ll also find coffee and a coffee maker on the counter, with filters and cups on the shelf right above. In the cabinet below, you’ll find a full range of appliances like a microwave, toaster, blender, and more.

• Next to the stove you’ll find oil, salt, and pepper. In the top corner cabinet you’ll find additional spices, foil, and more.

• If you’re in the mood to cook, we’ve got strainers, measuring cups, and all the utensils you’ll need for preparing a meal.

• The fridge is stocked with a Brita water filter for fresh, cold water anytime! There are also ice cube trays ready for you in the freezer.

Your personal retreat:

• You’ll find a white noise machine and earplugs in the dresser to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

• Each dresser has a lamp and USB charging station for your convenience.

• There is a personal fan in the closet, perfect for those who like to sleep with a gentle breeze.

• We went out of our way to find the most comfortable mattresses we could, and the back bedroom features a window A/C unit for those who prefer extra cool air. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking.

Comfort meets convenience:

• We’ve provided a USB charging station on the dresser for all your devices.

• The futon in this room easily converts into a bed - just pull the back to release the reclining mechanism. Don’t worry, there is extra bedding in the closet for you!

• An iron and ironing board are also available in the closet for your use.

Everything you need for a refreshing start to the day:

• Fresh towels are hanging for you, and extra towels are on the wall-mounted towel rack. Washcloths are on the floating shelf and extra’s can be found in the vanity.

• You’ll find premium shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower, and we’ve provided dental flossers, q-tips, and make-up remover wipes on the shelf.

• A first-aid kit and hair dryer are located in the vanity, just in case.

Your cozy outdoor oasis awaits:

• Kick back on our comfortable patio furniture - just grab the cushions from the front bedroom closet, and you’re all set for a relaxing time.

• For those cooler evenings, feel free to use the portable fire pit for a little extra warmth and ambiance. Please avoid using the fire pit on the rug and remember to fully extinguish the fire when finished. Never leave the fire unattended.

• As the sun sets, the solar-powered string lights will switch on to keep the cozy vibes going after dark, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the night air.

• Yard Maintenance: We aim to keep the yard maintained between stays. We are not always able to do so though, so please understand if you see someone attending to this during your stay.

• Trash: Trash pickup is on Monday mornings. We try to set it out between stays, but do not be alarmed if someone comes by Sunday or Monday morning to set the trash out, or if someone is putting the bin back on Monday afternoon.

• Appliances and Cleanliness: Please return any used kitchen appliances to their original places. If you use the coffee maker, please dispose of any grounds and rinse out the basket. We’d also appreciate if you could load and run the dishwasher before leaving.

• Air Conditioning and Heat: Air conditioning is available from May through September. As temperatures cool in October, we will remove the portable units and set the thermostat to heat only. You’re welcome to adjust the thermostat (located in the living room) as you wish.

• Folding Desk & Air Mattress: A folding desk is available in the middle bedroom closet for your convenience - please return it there before leaving. You will also find a queen-sized air mattress in the same closet; if used, kindly deflate and store it back in its original spot.
